| Registration |
Is open to all AFCEA Corporate members on Feb 4, then to all members on Feb 8. This will continue until March 31st. Initially there will be a maximum of 4 foursomes per company. For example either 4 foursomes per corporate member company or four individual AFCEA members from the same company can register up to a total of four foursomes. The registration will be open to additional members from April 1st onward.

Format |
Shotgun start on North/West and South/East courses. Best Ball Scramble. Teams of 4. You can register as a team or individually. Each team member hits ball; team chooses preferred lie, i.e. "best ball"; each team member hits from preferred lie, etc. To calculate your team score, count the number of group shots (drive=1, 2nd group of shots=1 more; maximum 10 per hole - then it's time to move on to next Tee-off!)
There will be a Team Trophy for each course (North/West and South/East). Also prizes for longest drive (men and women), closest to the pin (men and women), and hit the green contest. Buying mulligans will give you a chance to win a special prize! |

| Prices |
Business number 122861370 RT001. You can pay by credit card (see registration form). All payments must be received by April 27, 2010. Tee-off assignments: first paid - first served. Confirmation of registration will be sent by email within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Cancellations will be refunded minus a $10 administration fee until April 27, 2010 ; after April 27, no refunds.

Teams will pick up their prizes as they enter the banquet Hall before the meal. Prizes will be labeled to match your foursome. We rely on the generous support of companies and individuals for small prizes so that each golfer receives a prize. We hope your generous support will continue. Bring prizes to course or call 721-6031 to arrange delivery. |
